These last few weeks have been challenging for all of us, and unfortunately, the COVID-19 situation is likely to remain so for the foreseeable future. We continue to monitor the quickly evolving international news about the health, safety and economic effects of the COVID-19 virus.

We wanted to let you know that we are committed to continuing the smooth operation of the Carta+ marketplace. Our team is largely working from home; however, our employees are working hard to provide the same levels of service as before.

As you know, Carta+ is a global marketplace with suppliers in more than 30 countries and 4 continents. It is important to remember that our suppliers are almost all small and medium businesses.
This is a particularly challenging time for many of them, regardless of their location, as the economic fallout from this situation will likely impact their business in some way. We have faced similar economic challenges in the past, and we are as committed now as we were in the previous instances to maintain the market for their businesses.

Carta+ after September 11th, 2001, when the economy suffered after the attacks and travel was heavily curtailed. In 2008, during the Great Recession, our suppliers faced a similarly challenging economic situation. In both cases, we were there to connect our suppliers to clients like you all over Europe, which helped keep their businesses running.

We will do the same now. Over the last month, our suppliers added some new trigging products in a more ecologic idea in mind to our site, and we encourage you to visit https://www.cartaplus.be. While we are encouraged to hear that most of our suppliers are experiencing little business interruption, there may be cases where production or shipping of pieces could be delayed. Our team is proactively monitoring all orders and are in regular contact with our carrier and suppliers. As always, our teams are here to help with your order or answer any questions you may have.
